The event will see a grudge match between Colby Covington and Jorge Masvidal in the main event. The co-main event will be a lightweight bout between Rafael Dos Anjos and Rafael Fiziev.

Jalin Turner vs Jamie Mullarkey was originally announced for the UFC event on February 23, 2020. But on January 29, 2020, Mullarkey withdrew from the bout due to injury[source].
