Ed Herman vs Maxim Grishin Added to UFC 271

According to the latest reports, two Lightweight veterans, Ed Herman and Maxim Grishin will collide inside the octagon at UFC 271. 

MMA Junkie confirmed this news with several people with knowledge of the booking. According to them, both Herman and Grishin have verbally agreed to this bout. However, the contracts are yet to be finalized for this match. 

Maxim Grishin had only three matches in UFC and he lost two of them. His last match was against Dusting Jacoby in February. Grishin faced a loss in it and now he must be determined to get back on the winning track again. 

On the other hand, Ed Herman has been fighting under the banner of UFC for the last 15 years. He was on three fights winning streak that ended this August when he faced Alonzo Menifield. 

Both the fighters lost their last match, and hence they are looking forward to the match at UFC 271 so that they can improve their winning record.
