Conor McGregor To Appear in Wheelchair Boxing Match For Charity

Conor Mcgregor recently lost to Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 and also broke his leg during this fight. However, this injury is not enough to stop him from returning to action as he will soon appear in a charity wheelchair boxing match on September 11.

The former two-weight UFC world champion, McGregor is all set to face the comedian Al Foran in Galway, Ireland. Foran made several videos impersonating McGregor and got a lot of views on them as well.

Sir Stevo Timothy took his Twitter handle and revealed that in the co-main event, the fans will see Conor Mcgregor and Al Foran in action. Since Foran impersonated his opponent in the past, they’re advertising this match as McGregor Vs. McGregor. All the earnings from this bout will go to the Irish Wheelchair Association.

Last month in July, Conor suffered a broken tibia and fibula in his fight against Dustin Poirier. He might not step into the pentagon anytime soon but he will be in action next month. It is the first time Conor is participating in a wheelchair boxing match and the fans are pretty excited to see him.
