Bellator 270- Pitbull vs Queally II- Results, Card, Date, Time
Bellator will return to Ireland for Bellator 270 on November 5, 2021, airing from 3 Arena in Dublin. The event will be headlined by Patricky “Pitbull” Friere vs Peter Queally II for the vacant Bellator Lightweight Championship.
Friere and Queally earlier fought at Bellator 258 and the fight ended in doctor stoppage after Pitbull suffered a cut on his forehead due to an elbow strike. The rematch was issued for Bellator 270, and after Patricky’s brother Patricio Friere vacated the lightweight title, Bellator promoted this fight as the title fight.
Before this fight, Patchy Mix and James Gallagher will fight in a bantamweight co-main event bout. This fight was also supposed to be at Bellator 258 but Gallagher withdrew from the event. Mix then defeated Albert Morales on that night. A featherweight fight between Daniel Weichel(#6) and Pedro Carvalho(#7) and a middleweight weight bout between Charlie Ward(#6) vs an unannounced opponent will complete the main card.
