Glory kickboxing champion, Alex Pereira finally inked a deal with the Ultimate Fighting Championship and will make his octagon debut at UFC 268.

Pereira holds an impressive kickboxing record of 3-1 and two out of these three wins came against UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya. He is the only man to knock Adesanya out in kickboxing, and hence everyone has very high hopes for him inside the octagon.

On Wednesday, Alex Pereira confirmed this news himself by sharing a video on his official Instagram handle. In the video, the fans can see him signing the UFC contract. In the end, he even thanked UFC and said he is happy to be a part of the family.

However, the organization doesn’t announce who will Pereira fight in his first UFC match but the reports came out that it will be against Andreas Michailidis. MMA Junkie also reported the same.

These two fighters are expected to collide at UFC 268 that will take place at UFC 268 in MSG, New York on November 6, 2021.
