Yordenis Ugas vs Errol Spence Title Unification Bout to Happen in April

WBC and IBF Welterweight champion Errol Spence Jr. is all set to face WBA champion Yordenis Ugas in a title unification bout. 

According to Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News, this bout might take place in April later this year at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. 

However, nothing regarding this matchup has been officially announced or signed. Spence Jr. will be making his return inside the ring after quite a while as he was recovering from an injury. 

Back in August 2021, he suffered a retinal tear in his left eye. He is still undefeated in his pro-boxing career and is coming off a unanimous decision victory against Danny Garcia. 

On the other hand, Yordenis Ugas defeated Manny Pacquiao via unanimous decision in their last match in August 2021. 

Both these fighters have great momentum entering this fight and they would like to come out of this with more belts than they already have. 

Now, everyone is waiting for the official confirmation of this Welterweight title unification bout.
