Showtime finally revealed the price for the PPV when former UFC Champion Tyron Woodley will battle Jake Paul(3-0) on 29 August 2021.

Showtime Sports President Stephen Espinoza revealed the PPV price as $59.99 on Monday during an interview with MMA Fighting. He also said that the price is a point below numerous other higher-priced PPVs. The reason behind this is that the fight card is full of young and exciting fighters.

Apart from the main event between Tyron Woodley and Jake Paul, the undercard will see the likes of Tommy Fury, Anthony Taylor, Ivan Baranchyk, Montana Love, Daniel Dubois and Joe Cusumano in action.

This will be Jake Paul’s first fight under the new two-fight deal with Showtime. Paul, currently 3-0 in his professional boxing career, is coming with a win against Woodley’s former MMA Teammate Ben Askren at the Triller Fight Club event. On the other hand, Woodley will be making his boxing debut with this bout.

With the fight being set up with a lot of outside drama, the event has garnered a huge amount of eyeballs already. With competitive pricing for PPV, Showtime might have boosted PPV buys with a few thousand additions.

Keep tuned in for more updates on Woodley vs Paul PPV and other upcoming boxing bouts.
