NXT Director Triple H has issued an open challenge to RAW and SmackDown roster after a massive brawl between the superstars of all three brands closed RAW last night.
This week’s invasion started with the Horsewomen of NXT attacking Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair. But as the show progressed more matches, awesome ones, we’re spoiled by inadvertent attacks from SmackDown and NXT members.
Seth Rollins and Andrade were putting on one of the best RAW matches of the year. But before the match could come to any conclusion, Lucha House Party, of all people, attacked Rollins to cause a disqualification. Andrade was visibly upset as the place in Survivor Series team was on the line during the match.
Later in the show, Kevin Owens and Drew McIntyre also went toe to toe in a hard-hitting match. Kevin Owens hit the second stunner of the match, but before he could cover McIntyre, Triple H’s music hit and he made his way to the ring.
Triple H tried to persuade Kevin Owens to join NXT’s side as he claimed that Owens has never been wanted or understood by the main roster. As Owens pondered over the proposal, the Undisputed Era attacked Owens even as Triple H protested. This led to members of Raw, Smackdown and NXT pouring out into the ring, and ringside area, for a big brawl.
A similar thing happened during the main event of the show. Randy Orton and Ricochet were battling the Viking Raiders. But once again, the match ended in a disqualification as SmackDown, NXT and RAW superstars started brawling.
During this brawl itself, the camera cut to Hunter, who was at Gorilla Position. Hunter went on to challenge anyone from the Monday Night Raw or Friday Night Smackdown rosters to show up and fight this Wednesday on WWE NXT, before their battle at Survivor Series.
