The brackets for first round matches for WWE King of the Ring 2019 Tournament has been revealed by the Twitter Handle Wrestle Votes. The matches are as follows:
RAW Matches for King of the Ring 2019
- Cesaro vs Samoa Joe
- Ricochet vs Drew McIntyre
- Cedric Alexander vs Sami Zayn
- The Miz vs Baron Corbin
SmackDown Matches for King of the Ring 2019
- Kevin Owens vs Elias
- Ali vs Buddy Murphy
- Chad Gable vs Shelton Benjamin
- Apollo Crews vs Andrade
WWE’s King of the Ring Tournament was announced last week at Monday Night RAW. The tournament is returning after a gap of 4 years. Bad News Barrett won the tournament last time around in 2015. This year’s winner will be guaranteed a World title shot against the champion of his choice.
This year’s lineup may not have the biggest of the names but looks promising enough. The first round matches for King of the Ring 2019 also continue some of the recent rivalries between Kevin Owens and Elias, Apollo Crews and Andrade.
