Cody Announces Appearance on the G-Big Show
Cody Rhodes appeared at the end of AEW Dynamite to plug his stint on TBS’s new series the Go-Big Show.
Cody mentioned how he is currently injured but will not be at home during his recovery. He then revealed the trailer for the Go-Big Show- a competitive show involving extreme of talents, including monster truck races, alligator training, and stunt archery as contestants compete against each other for a grand prize of $100,000.
The show will be hosted by Bert Kreischer and the judges for the show include Rosario Dawson, Jennifer Nettles, Snoop Dogg along with Cody. The show was earlier announced on Wednesday simultaneously on TBS, TNT and truTV.
As per Variety, the show has started production at Macon Coliseum in Georgia, where talent and crew members are following COVID-19 safety protocols and isolating together through the filming of all 10 episodes. In addition, the location will allow for the first-ever television drive-in audience, during which attendees can watch the show at a socially-distanced tailgate outside the venue.
This was Cody’s first appearance since losing the TNT Championship to Brodie Lee on 22 August episode of Dynamite. After the match, Brodie Lee destroyed Cody as well as members of Nightmare Family. Cody is also rumored to be working with Stephen Amell in the “Heels” TV series.
