Oleksandr Usyk vs Anthony Joshua II to Take Place in March in the UK

The chances are great that the rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua will take place in March 2022 in the United Kingdom. 

The head of Matchroom Boxing, Eddie Hearn had a chat with IFL where he stated that March sounds realistic for the rematch, and it might take place around March. He also mentioned that the Oleksandr Usyk vs Anthony Joshua rematch is a huge fight and a lot of people want to stage it. However, he will still like to do this bout back in the UK. 

Back in September, Oleksandr Usyk defeated Anthony Joshua via unanimous decision. Usually delivered 96 power shots in order to win the IBO, IBF, WBO, and WBA heavyweight titles. 

Anthony Joshua has a contractual right for a rematch that he already exercised. According to Hearn, Usyk and his team are more than happy to take the rematch as they are confident that they will win again and make a great amount of money. 

If Oleksandr Usyk manages to win against Joshua again and if Tyson Fury defeats Dillian Whyte, then the probability is very high that there will be a heavyweight title unification bout between Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury.
