Several Found Positive in Another COVID-19 Outbreak in NXT
WWE NXT is facing a huge COVID Outbreak as there are several positive tests and a lot of people are under quarantine.
Fightful Select reported that there will be some significant changes made to Wednesday’s NXT episode since some talent have been contacted and told to quarantine.
Dave Meltzer has confirmed this news and stated that there are several positive tests. However, the company is keeping those names a secret. As a precautionary measure, a lot of other people are in quarantine as well.
Dave confirmed this news by posting a tweet. It reads, “I don’t know of the names who tested positive as those are kept under wraps or those quarantined, but it definitely affects the Wednesday show.
According to the reports, it all began when a group of Performance Center trainees and NXT wrestlers were doing ring crew work this Thursday. In an update, PWInsider reported that several wrestlers were resettling the rings in Orlando, However, most of them were not wearing masks.
Wrestlers began to feel sick on Friday when the rings were relocating to the next door of the Performance Center. The company is yet to reveal the name of the talents that have been tested positive and whether this outbreak will affect this Wednesday’s NXT or not.
This is a big headache for NXT just weeks before NXT TakeOver: Stand and Deliver show which is just three weeks away.
