CSK became the second team to win four IPL trophies in 2021. MSD once again led a strong team that topped the league table before taking hard-fought wins over Delhi Capitals in Qualifier 1 and Kolkata Knight Riders in the final match. CSK’s Rituraj Gaikwad(635 runs) and Faf Du Plessis(633 runs) were the top two scorers of the tournament. Shardul Thakur was the fourth-highest wicket-taker of the series with 21 wickets.

Mumbai Indians became the first team two wins three IPL trophies when they won the title in 2017. the team finished at no. 1 spot in the group stage when they defeated rising Pune supergiants in qualifier one & Final to win the title

SRH became the second team from Hyderabad to win the IPL trophy. led by David Warner, The Team finished at no.3 at the group stage. they defeated KKR in eliminator one, Gujrat Lions in qualifier to, before winning the final against RCB.

IPL 2015 Winner: Mumbai Indians

Mumbai Indian became the third team to win IPL twice when they won the title in 2015. after loosing first four matches in the group stage, they collected at wins in the next 10 matches to qualify for the play-offs. They once again defeated CSK in qualifier one & final to win the trophy.

KKR won their second IPL title in 2014. they won just two matches from the first seven in the group stage. then they went on to seven matches winning streak to finish at no.2. In the Play-off, they defeated Kings 11 Punjab in back-to-back matches to win the Trophy.

Mumbai Indians on their first IPL title in 2013 under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma. they started the tournament poorly winning only one game from the first six. then they made comeback in the second half of the group stage to finish at no.2. after being defeated in the first qualifier by CSK they won the second qualifier against Rajasthan two gain their place in the final. In the final, they defeated CSK by 23 runs in a low-scoring match.

Kolkata Knight Riders qualified for the playoff for the first time ever in IPL in 2012. led by Goutam Gambhir, KKR defeated Delhi in the Qualifier one to reach the final. Then they chase down Chennai’s total of 190 runs in the final and became only the second team to win the final successfully in chasing.

After starting poorly in the group stage, CSK qualified for the semi-final after back-to-back wins in the last few group match. MS Dhoni-led side defeated Deccan Chargers in the semi-final before pulling off a shock win against Mumbai Indians in the final.
