WWE TLC 2010 PPV(Tables, Ladders & Chairs) was the second pay-per-view event under the TLC series. This was a dual-brand PPV with both RAW and SmackDown’s side of matches taking place on the event. The event gets its name from the Tables, Ladders & Chairs match. John Cena vs Nexus Leader Wade Barrett chairs match was the main event match for this show.

4 Championships were defended on the show. WWE Intercontinental Championship was defended in a triple threat ladder match while another ladder match took place to determine the new #1 contender for WWE Championship. The Miz defended his WWE title in a Tables match while Edge won the World Heavyweight Championship in a 4-way TLC match.

The event once again took place in the state of Texas. The show garnered around 195,000 PPV buys(down from 228,000 from previous year) while 11,500 fans attended the event at Toyota Center in Houston.
