Welcome to the live results blog for the WWE SmackDown episode of November 26, 2021, where you will get live updates, winners, and highlights from the show.

SmackDown is airing live from Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, NC, and will deal with the fallout from Survivor Series. SmackDown brand lost the battle of brand supremacy to RAW by 5-2. But Roman Reigns won his main event match against Big E. WWE is teasing that we will likely get to know the next challenger for Roman Reigns. But, it will be interesting to see if Roman just says that nobody is worthy of being his challenger.

Two matches are announced for the show until now. Drew McIntyre and Jeff Hardy will take on Madcap Moss and Jeff Hardy in a tag team match. Ridge Holland is set to have Sheamus in his corner as he faces Cesaro. We might also get to see who will Charlotte Flair feud with next- Sasha Banks, Shotzi, or Toni Storm.

  • Drew McIntyre & Jeff Hardy defeated Madcap Moss & Happy Corbin in a tag team match via pinfall.
  • Cesaro defeated Ridge Holland(w/ Sheamus) in a singles match via pinfall.
  • Angel defeated Rick Boogs in Thanksgiving Leftover Throwdown match via pinfall.
  • Sasha Banks & Naomi defeated Shayna Baszler & Natalya in a tag team match via pinfall.
  • Sami Zayn wins Black Friday Invitational Battle Royal to become #1 contender for Universal Championship.

Live Updates


A Black Friday Special Battle Royal is announced and the winner will be the next challenger for Universal Championship. Kayla Braxton is in the ring and she says the rumors continue that Brock Lesnar’s indefinite suspension might have been lifted.

Roman will Smash Them All!

Roman Reigns’ music hits and he enters. We see a recap of the main event of Survivor Series 2021. Paul Heyman berates Kayla Braxton to try and get some spotlight on herself. He tells her to get a confirmation or denial next time she talks about Brock Lesnar. Heyman continues to berate her and tells her to leave. “We want Brock” chants from the crowd. Roman takes the mic and says rumors give losers false hopes. So, everyone is a loser here except him. Brock Lesnar is a loser since he beat him already. WWE Champion Big E is also a loser since he defeated him at Survivor Series. He brings up the Black Friday Battle Royal and how about we let 3 or 4 wrestlers win tonight since he will smash them all.

Drew McIntyre & Jeff Hardy vs Madcap Moss & Happy Corbin

Corbin attacks Hardy from behind as the bell rings. Corbin misses in the corner and Hardy hits an inverted atomic drop and a dropkick. Corbin brings in Moss and Hardy hits him with a hip toss. Drew tags in to double team on Moss. He hits chops in the corner. Hardy comes in with a double ax handle from the second rope. Moss is sent to the floor. Hardy drops Corbin on the floor before Moss drops him in the timekeeper’s area.

Corbin drops McIntyre from the apron. Moss takes cheap shots at Hardy as Drew and Corbin distract the referee. Moss & Hardy catch each other with clotheslines. Drew gets the hot tag against Corbin and drops him a few times. He hits a belly-to-belly suplex on Corbin and a neck breaker on Moss. He hits a neck breaker on Corbin now.

Moss interrupts Drew and Corbin catches him with Deep Six for a near fall. Moss tags in but Hardy saves his partner from a double team attack. Corbin is sent to the floor. Drew hits Moss with a Glasgow kiss and follows with Claymore kick. He tags in Hardy to hit the Swanton Bomb for the pin.

Winner – Drew McIntyre & Jeff Hardy

Kayla Braxton is with Aliyah backstage. Paul Heyman comes to Kayla and mockingly asks her whether she got confirmation on Lesnar rumors. He tells Kayla that if she does not get a confirmation or deniel by the end of the show, she will be gone. Or maybe not. It may be a rumor.

Ridge Holland(w/ Shemaus) vs Cesaro

Cesaro takes Holland to the corner and hits uppercuts. Holland drops him on the turnbuckles before unloading in the corner. He runs over Cesaro with a clothesline. Cesaro hits him with forearms before Holland tosses him with a modified suplex. Cesaro fights out of a chinlock but Holland hits a body slam. He hits elbow drops and keep Cesaro on the mat. Cesaro counters with a pin attempt and gets the win out of nowhere.

Winner – Cesaro

Drew McIntyre is with Sonya Deville and Adam Pearce. He wants to be sure that he is in Black Friday Battle Royal. He is informed that list of participants is not finalized yet. Drew says he expects to be on the list.

Rick Boogs vs Angel – Thanksgiving Leftover Throwdown

Angel hits a dropkick to start. On the floor, Angel avoids getting thrown into the table. Back to the ring, Angel puts on a submission move. Boogs powers out of it and swings Angel for a while. He tosses Angel with a gutwrench. He drops Humberto from the apron and then hits a powerbomb on Angel. Humberto starts playing Boogs’ guitar and Nakamura sends him through the table. Angel hits the wing clipper on Boogs to get the pin.

Winner – Angel

We get a replay of Becky Lynch vs Charlotte Flair match from Survivor Series.

Kayla Braxton catches Adam Pearce to ask about participants in Battle Royal. Pearce says he will put the list on his door when it is finalized. She then asks about Brock’s suspension. Pearce says he will be shocked if the suspension is lifted anytime soon.

What’s Next for Charlotte Flair?

Michael Cole is in the ring with Charlotte Flair and asks if she is disappointed at the result at Survivor Series. Flair says everyone saw that Becky cheated. She is not better than her, she is just lucky. Becky knows deep down that she is the better woman. Cole then asks what is in the near future for her. Flair says she is still the most dominant woman in sports entertainment.

Toni Storm comes out and tells Flair that her prediction of Becky winning was right. Storm asks Flair whether she will come after her. Flair says she barely knows that she exists. Flair says she is no a different level. Flair goes to attack her but Toni sends her to the floor. Flair throws a cake on Toni which was on the Thanksgiving Leftover table.

Sasha Banks is with Sonya Deville and complains that if she was the team captain, she should have been allowed to choose the team. Deville chose a team of traitors and if Naomi had been in their team. Sasha asks what’s her problem with Naomi. Sonya says she does not have any problem. She then announces a tag team match with Sasha Banks & Naomi tagging up against Shayna Baszler and Natalya.

Sasha Banks & Naomi vs Shayna Baszler & Natalya

Sonya Deville is on commentary for the match. Shayna shoves away Sasha. Sasha hits a slap. Baszler puts on an ankle lock. Sasha takes her to her corner and Naomi tags in. Naomi takes Baszler in a crucifix for a two-count. Shayna stands on top of Naomi’s head for a while. Natalya tags in and brings down Naomi with a side takedown. Naomi hits Natalya with dropkicks.

Natalya goes to the floor and drops Naomi on the floor. Shayna tags in and hits a ripcord knee. Sasha hits a backstabber on Shayna to stop Kirifuda clutch as we cut to a break.

Naomi throws Natalya as we return. Shayna tags in and stops Naomi from tagging in and drops Sasha off the apron. Shayna works on Naomi’s ankle before stomping on Naomi’s leg. Natalya comes in to hit double suplex. Naomi tries to fight back but Natalya slams her back to the mat.

Shayna tags back and works on the ankle again. Naomi fights back against both opponents and hits a double springboard stunner. Baszler sweeps Sasha from the apron to stop the tag. Sasha and Shayna brawl on the floor. Naomi and Natalya go back and forth on the ring. Natalya hits a Michonoku driver for a near fall. Naomi hits a kick from the apron and then hits a sunset flip to get the pin on Natalya.

Winner – Sasha Banks & Naomi

After the match, Sasha and Noami celebrate. Sonya Deville claps for them from the commentary table.

The list of Battle Royal participants is out. Drew McIntyre comes to check the list but Sheamus stops him and tells him that he is not there.

Black Friday Invitational Battle Royal

All the participants are in the ring. Drew McIntyre comes out with his sword before the bell rings. He threatens everyone out of the ring. Adam Pearce comes out to the floor and tries to talk to McIntyre. They bicker for some time. We go to a break.

We are told that Drew McIntyre has left on his own accord. The bell rings and everyone going at it. Sami and Gulak try to eliminate Cesaro but he hangs on. Sami eliminates Drew Gulak with a big boot. Sheamus and Holland eliminate Mansoor. Mace is thrown over by Madcapp Moss. Moss then eliminates Shanky. Cesaro tries to throw Cesaro but Sheamus and Holland stop him. Cesaro eliminates Holland and then Moss eliminates Cesaro. Moss goes to eliminate Corbin but Corbin ends up throwing him out.

Hardy is trying to eliminate Sheamus as we return. Ivar and Corbin are working on Ricochet who fights back on the ropes. Sheamus beats up Sami in the corner. Humberto hits Boogs with a springboard kick and Angel eliminates him. The Viking Raiders eliminate Humberto and then Sami Zayn. They work on Ricochet and then on Sheamus. Sheamus eliminates both members of The Viking Raiders.

Ricochet hits a crossbody on Sheamus. He drops Hardy before Corbin hits him with a clothesline. Ricochet unloads with punches before Corbin hits him with a chokeslam backbreaker. Ricochet hits a springboard dropkick on Corbin. Sheamus hits Brogue kick on Ricochet and throws him out of the ring. Sheamus and Corbin trade strikes. Hardy works on both men in different corners.

Sheamus runs over Hardy with a forearm. Hardy hits Whisper in the Wind on Sheamus. Hardy hits Twist of Fate on Corbin. Sheamus stomps on Hardy. Corbin throws Sheamus out before Hardy throws him out. Hardy thought he was the last man standing but Sami Zayn comes back in and pushes Hardy from the top to get the win.

Winner – Sami Zayn

Kayla Braxton comes into the ring to interview Sami. But, she gets some breaking news in her earset. She informs us that the suspension is lifted and Brock Lesnar will appear on SmackDown next week.
