Tag Team Gauntlet Match For Last Entrance in Elimination Chamber

Tag Team Gauntlet Match For Last Entrance in Elimination Chamber SmackDown 6 March 2020

With SmackDown Tag Team Championship being defended inside the Elimination Chamber this time around, all the teams involved will be running the Gauntlet to earn the right to enter last in the match.

This match has generally been scheduled on RAW in the past and I was shocked that they did not establish Shayna Baszler with that match. However, SmackDown has become WWE’s main show now, and therefore, is getting this match.

They generally set-up this match such that one team will have a long run before finally being usurped in the last stage. If that is going to be the case this time around also, which team will get that marathon run? Heavy Machinery or The Usos? They will surely refrain from another marathon for Kofi & team.

Bayley & Sasha Banks vs Lacey Evans & Naomi

While it seems like Lacey Evans is out of the title picture, she zoomed back into it last week on SmackDown. After Sasha Banks returned to support Bayley in bullying Naomi, Evans came out to remind everyone that she has a rivalry going on with the Hug n’ Boss Connection. The segment resulted in a tag team match which was won by Evans and Naomi, pinning Bayley in the process.

It seems that WWE SmackDown Women’s title match is clearly heading towards a triple threat or a fatal 4-way match on WrestleMania. Evans is surely one challenger, but will Sasha be also involved? It would be a let down if she won’t. Let’s wait and watch.

Two weeks back, it was Bella Twins who got their WWE Hall of Fame announcement on “A Moment of Bliss.” This week, it will be some other Class of 2020 Hall of Famers who will join her this week. The nWo trio of Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and Sean Waltman will be Alexa Bliss’ talk show to promote WWE Hall of Fame ceremony. Hulk Hogan is not mentioned to appearing but he might join via Video call.

Firefly Fun House Return!!

The Fiend lost the Universal Championship last week, but now he has another high profile opponent in John Cena for WrestleMania. The Firefly Fun House segment will also return this week on SmackDown. We would definitely like to know the reason why Wyatt is going after Cena. And does the Fiend has some special plans for the 16-time World champion?
