Roman’s Victory Celebration
Roman Reigns took care of Rey Mysterio last week at SmackDown in a Hell in a Cell match. WWE has now announced that the Head of the Table will take part in a victory celebration on tonight’s SmackDown.
As WWE starts to build up the storyline towards Money in the Bank PPV, this segment might take us towards Roman’s next challenger. The Tribal Chief has handled each and every one of the challengers till now, and all other babyfaces seem to be busy with other storylines.
Roman has also seemingly turn Jimmy Uso around to acknowledge him as the Head of the Table. But Jey seems to have gone missing. That is also a storyline node that might be further explored.
Seth Rollins & Bayley vs Cesaro & Bianca Belair
Seth Rollins defeated Cesaro at Hell in a Cell PPV in an impressive match. On the other hand, Bianca Belair was able to retain the SmackDown Women’s title inside the cell. Both storylines will continue tonight on SmackDown with a mixed tag team match. The baby faces Bianca & Cesaro will team up to face Rollins and Bayley. How will both of these rivalries continue further?
Money in the Bank Qualifiers
WWE RAW saw 5 matches for the qualification for men’s and women’s Money in the Bank Ladder matches. Ricochet, Riddle and John Morrison have qualified from RAW’s side for the men’s Ladder match. Nikki Cross, Alexa Bliss, Asuka and Naomi have qualified for the women’s Ladder match.
SmackDown has not revealed qualifying matches as of now. But, we can expect at least three matches to take place on tonight’s episode.
