WWE SmackDown will present the WWE Draft episode on October 1, 2021 from Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, MD. This episode will also serve as the fallout episode from Extreme Rules PPV where Roman Reigns has managed to retain WWE Universal Championship. Additionally, Edge and Sasha Banks will return to SmackDown from their respective brands.

Results
- Baron Corbin defeated Kevin Owens in a singles match via pinfall.
- Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins defeated Otis, Chad Gable, Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode in a tag team match via pinfall.
- Sasha Banks defeated Bianca Belair in a singles match via pinfall.
Live Updates
We are live for the show and the commentators reveal that the draft changes will go in effect from Crown Jewel.
Draft Round 1
WWE Officials Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville come to announce the first round of draft. SmackDown is getting the first pick of the draft.
WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns is the first pick and he remains on Smackdown.
WWE Champion Big E will be on RAW.
However, RAW Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair is picked by SmackDown.

Roman and Brock
Roman Reigns comes out with Paul Heyman. He enters the ring and asks the crowd to acknowledge him. The crowd cheers for him. Heyman takes the mic and says this is not loud enough for the number 1 draft pick. Not enough for someone who was the exorcist for Demon Finn Balor. Heyman adds that Roman will become the “Suplexist” and will tame Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel.
Brock Lesnar’s music hits suddenly and he comes out. Brock enters the ring and stands in Roman’s face. The crowd chants “Suplex City.” Roman takes the first punch and starts to unload. Brock starts to hit suplexes as soon as Roman slows down. The Usos also come in and get hit by more suplexes. Roman skips to the floor as stares at Lesnar.
The Usos are down in the ring. Lesnar asks for Roman to come back in and but Roman decides against it after seeing Usos’ condition. When Roman does not come into the ring, Lesnar picks both Usos one by one and hit them with F5.
After the break, Charlotte is backstage for an interview with Kayla Braxton and says Fox did the right thing by drafting the most decorating women in WWE’s history.
Kevin Owens vs “Happy” Corbin
Owens enters for the match. Corbin follows and has Riddick Moss alongside him. We get a pre-recorded promo from Corbin and Moss where Moss tells some joke. Owens decks Moss from the apron as the bell ring. He starts with a takedown on Corbin and unloads on him on the mat. Corbin goes to the floor and Owens beat him there also. Moss sweeps out Owens as we cut to the break.
Owens hits a step-up enziguiri as we return and then a tornado DDT. Corbin comes back with Deep six to get a two-count. Corbin hits a few chops but Owens catches him with a superkick. Owens hits a cannonball in the corner for a two-count. KO goes to the top but Corbin rolls to the floor. The distraction allows Corbin to hit End of Days on KO on the floor. Corbin throws KO into the ring and hits another End of Days for the win.
Winner – Happy Corbin
Draft Round 2
Drew McIntyre is the first pick for SmackDown.
RK Bro – Rand Orton & Riddle – will remain on RAW.
Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods will move to SmackDown.
Edge goes to RAW.
Drew McIntyre is backstage for the interview. McIntyre says he is excited and is thinking about a lot of things from past, present and future. He started in SmackDown as a young superstar. He then takes shots at Roman hiding behind his family. The future will be that he becomes Universal Champion.
Edge Confront Rollins
Edge comes out to a loud ovation. Edge thanks the crowd for his reception. He is drafted back to RAW now, but before that he has to address Seth Rollins. Edge says Rollins keeps challenging him for a match when he knows he is not 100%. However, he is on his way to 100% and will see Rollins then. Edge says he is at SmackDown as promised, but where is Rollins.
Rollins appears on the big screen and says he is not at SmackDown tonight. Rollins shows us that he is outside of Edge’s house as the camera zooms out. Edge in in shock and he runs out. Rollins gets into the house and roams around the house. He picks an apple to eat and continues to roam around the house.
Rollins says this is the homiest home he has been into and he could stay in there all night. We cut to backstage and see Edge calling Beth Pheonix and telling her not to go home. He is sending some of his friends to his house to deal with Seth.
Liv Morgan vs Carmella
Morgan decks Carmella before the bell. Carmella moves to the floor immediately and says Liv will never hurt her face again. She goes to the timekeeper’s area where some crew helps her to put on a mask. Carmella returns to the ring and attacks Morgan. She drops Morgan with a bulldog and then removes her mask. Was this supposed to be a match?
WWE Draft Round 3
Happy Corbin and Madcap Moss will remain at Smackdown.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Rhea Ripley and Nikki Cross remain on RAW.
SmackDown selected Hit Row – Swerve Scott, B-Fab, AJ Francis and Ashante Adonis from NXT.
RAW keeps Keith “Bearcat” Lee.
Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins vs Otis, Chad Gable, Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode
Kofi and Ziggler start. Kofi hits a spinning elbow after dodging a few moves from Ziggler. Some double team from New Day before Ford tags in. Gable tags in from the other side and they trade positions. Gable goes fo the ankle lock but Ford rolls him over.
Ford hits a back body drop but Otis has taken a blind tag. Ford kicks at Ziggler and Roode from the apron. He also drops Otis from the apron. Gable gets sent to the floor. Otis catches Ford and drops him on the apron. He then throws Ford into the barricade as we cut to a break.
Ford hits a few shoulder tackle from the apron as we return. Ford goes for a springboard move but Gable turns it into a bridge for a two-count. Ford fights back with dropkick and a big shot as Ziggler comes in. Dawkins gets a hot tag and drops Otis and Gable from the apron. He drops Roode in the ring and tosses Gable over. Otis comes back and drops Woods. Ford hits Otis with a plancha. Kofi takes out Ziggler.
Dawkins and Roode go at it in the ring. Dawkins tags out to Kofi, who joins with Woods to hits double team finisher on Roode.
Winner- Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins
WWE Draft Round 4
Naomi is selected by Smackdown.
RAW picks Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio.
Jeff Hardy will move to SmackDown.
Austin Theory is heading to RAW.
Jeff Hardy was about to be interviewed backstage by Kayla Braxton, but Brock Lesnar interrupts to cut a promo. He says he is a free agent and that is all thanks to Paul Heyman.
