The Revival and Randy Orton defeated The New Day
The New Day comes out for a match against the Revival. Randy Orton enters and stands at the stage. Orton taunts Kofi for being a cheerleader tonight, and for running away from their match at SummerSlam on Sunday because he knows he can’t beat Orton. Orton says Kofi couldn’t beat him 11 years ago and can’t do it now. Orton goes on about how Kofi ran away from a fight in front of his family. Orton says Kofi is going to look at them and tell them the truth, that he ran away because he can’t beat Orton. Orton challenges them for a six men tag team match.
Orton and Kofi start for their teams but Randy quickly tags out to Dawson. Kingston hits a monkey flip and a dropkick for a two count. Big E tags in for a quick double team. Woods takes his turn getting a near fall. Wilder gets the tag and takes control. The heels keep Woods isolated from his teammates. Orton ends up suplexing Woods onto the announce table as we head to a break.
We return to see Woods still taking a beating. He ends up running Dawson into the top turnbuckle. Wilder and Big E both get the tag and the powerhouse goes wild on everyone. Kingston comes in to give an assist with a Boom Drop. He sets up for Trouble in Paradise but Orton tries to give him an RKO. Kofi sends him out of the ring and hits a dive to the outside. Woods fights off both members of The Revival for a long time before he takes the Shatter Machine to give Orton and The Revival the win.
After a post-match brawl, Orton ends up hitting Kofi with the RKO to be the last man standing. Instead of continuing to attack Kingston, Orton grabs Woods and hits another RKO. Dawson and Wilder help him hit another on Big E before Orton grabs Kofi to deliver one final RKO.
Who is Roman Reigns’ Real Attacker?
Roman Reigns confronts Daniel Bryan and Rowan in the locker room. Bryan asks him to apologize to Rowan just like he did to Samoa Joe because Rowan is not the real attacker. Reigns seems to be getting ready for a brawl but Bryan tells him that he has found out who is the real attacker. And he will tell him next week.
