During the match, Waller specifically targeted Owens’ hand which is now announced as an injury. It might also be possible that this is a storyline injury only to swerve the fans, or to allow Owens a break from appearing on TV for the next few weeks.
Owens has also been scheduled to join a tournament aiming to determine the next challenger for Logan Paul’s WWE United States Championship. However, his participation remains uncertain due to concerns about the severity of his injury and whether he will be fit to compete.
