Welcome to the live coverage blog for WWE RAW Results from July 25, 2022, as WWE returns to Madison Square Garden in New York, NY.

This will be the first show with Triple H as the head of creative while also being the go-home show for Summerslam 2022 PLE. Roman Reigns will wrestle on RAW after months as he teams up with The Usos to take on the Street Profits and Riddle.

WWE will celebrate Rey Mysterio’s 20th anniversary in the promotion. He will team up with Dominik to take on Judgment Day. Logan Paul comes to town with his talk show “ImPaulsive TV”.   • Drew McIntyre defeated Theory in a singles match via disqualification.
  • Bobby Lashley & Drew McIntyre defeated Sheamus & Theory in a tag team match via submission.
  • The Mysterios(Rey Mysterio & Dominik) defeated Judgment Day(Finn Balor & Damian Priest) in a tag team match via pinfall.

Live Updates


The show goes on the air. Logan Paul and The Miz are fighitng in the ring, unloading punches at each others. WWE officials come out to break them up. The commentary team informs us that Logan Paul called out Miz just before we went on air and Miz responded to his call out to start this brawl.

The Bloodline!

Roman Reigns make his entrance with Paul Heyman and The Usos. Roman takes the mic and asks the fans to acknowledge him. He then passes the mic to Heyman as he is not in mood to talk. Heyman’s mic gets off just as he starts his promo. Heyman talks about Roman’s 700 days title reign and says Brock Lesnar likes to ruin everyone’s party. He brings up Lesnar beating Randy Courture in UFC, breaking The Undertaker’s streak and ruining Cena’s comeback last year. Heyman says its time for Lesnar go back to home and slaughter hogs. He claims that after Summerslam, Lesnar will not be able to stand.

Theory’s music hits and he comes out. Theory once claims that he will win both US title and Universal title at Summerslam. Reigns says Theory should come into the ring and acknowledge his Tribal Chief. Theory gets into the ring. Roman tells Theory, “Your Daddy is not here anymore”. The crowd gets on “Daddy’s boy” chants. Roman tells Theory that he will be his dady if Theory keeps messing around with the Tribal Chief. Roman and company leave the ring. Theory takes a cheap shot at Jimmy as he was going out. Roman and others just laugh it out and leave.

Drew McIntyre vs Theory

Drew runs over Theory and takes him to the corner to hit big chops. Drew hits a vertical suplex next. Theory hits punches to the body. His chops angers Drew, who throws him to the corner again to unload. Drew throws Theory across the ring with a suplex. Theory hits a jawbreaker and body shots in the corner. Drew explodes out of the corner with a clothesline. He hits another clothesline and futureshock DDT. Drew gets ready for Claymore for Theory rolls to the floor. Theory catches Drew with a kick but Drew counters by sending Theory into the barricade and then slamming him into the announce table. We cut to a break.

After the break, Drew gets a two-count. Theory sidesteps to send him to the floor. Theory waits as the referee starts to count down. Drew gets to the apron and Theory slams him into the ringpost and then into the steel steps. Drew beats the referee’s count at 8. Theory unloads on Drew when he returns to the ring. Drew blocks a suplex and counters with one of his own suplex. He hulks up and start to trade punches. This continues for a while until Drew gets the upper hand. Drew hits a spinebuster and uses a jacknife cover for a two-count. Drew gets ready for Claymore but The Brawling Brutes attack him.

Winner- Drew McIntyre(via DQ)

After the bell, Theory join Sheamus and company in attacking Drew. Lashley runs out. Ridge Holland meets him on the ramp and gets beaten up. Lashley enters the ring and join Drew in clearing the ring. Theory tries to attack them with his MITB breifcase, but they scare him out of the ring.

Bobby Lashley & Drew McIntyre vs Sheamus & Theory

Drew hits a big chop on Theory as we return to see the match in-progress. Sheamus takes a cheap shot at Drew as Theory distracted the referee. Sheamus tags in and kicks Drew in the corner. He chokes Drew with his knees while Butch and Holland talk trash to him from the floor. Drew hits back with chops but Sheamus breaks his momentum with an Irish Curse backbreaker. Sheamus hits some big blows to Drew’s back. Drew hits back with punches and chops. Sheamus teases Theory with a tag as he mocks him. Drew hits Glasgow Kiss to flatten Sheamus.

Lashley get the hot tag and drops Sheamus with punches. A big clothesline from Lashley in the corner, followed by a running takcle. Lashley hits a suplex to Sheamus and then hits a flatliner on Theory to send them to the floor. Sheamus cuts off Lashley with a knee strike. Butch gets into the ring and the referee gets distracted by him. Holland tries to trip Drew from the apron but Drew suplexes Butch into Holland. The referee boots Butch and Holland from the ringside. We cut to a break.

Theory has Lashley in a chin lock as we return from a break. Lashley comes out of it but Theory grabs him for another chin lock. Lashley gets back to his feet but fails to get Theory on his shoulders and falls down again under his weight. Sheamus tags in and drops Drew from the apron with a headbutt. Lashley hits Sheamus with a spinebuster. Drew gets back and gets a tag against Theory.

A couple of clothesline, a couple of belly-to-belly suplexes and neckbreaker from Drew in a quick speed. Drew hits a spinebuster for a close two-count. Lashley gets a blind tag before Drew is low-bridged to the floor. Lashley hits a spinebuster on Theory but Sheamus breaks the pin by knee drop from the top rope. Drew clotheslines Sheamus to the floor. Sheamus rakes Drew’s eyes and hits him with White Noise on the floor. Theory signals for ATL but gets distracted by Dolph Ziggler on the floor. Lashley slips out and puts Theory in the Hurt lock to get a submission immediately.

Winner- Bobby Lashley & Drew McIntyre

Lashley celebrates with his title in the ring. Theory collects his MITB breifcase on the floor and goes back to the stage. The Usos nail him with a double superkick. Roman Reigns comes out and puts his MITB breifcase on his chest. Roman tells Theory to keep the breifcase close to him.


We get a special video package for Rey Mysterio for his 20th anniversary in WWE. We see Rey Mysterio and Dominik arriving at RAW earlier tonight with his wife, son and daughter.

Ziggler says Theory is needed to be taught a lesson as many of them come and go. AJ Styles comes in and is happy with Ziggler going after Theory. Alpha Academy interrupts them and Chad Gable says AJ & Ziggler are just jealous of Theory as he is already surpassing their achievements. Ziggler says they have more than 60 titles combined. Alpha Academy ends up challenging them for a tag team match.

Rey Mysterio’s 20 Years Celebration

Rey Mysterio makes his entrance with Dominik. His family and others are watching at a screen backstage. Rey says he was 14 years old when he made his debut in Mexico and never thought about his career. He says the guys of his size were not part of the business back then, but he broke the mould and make a career out of it. He recalls winning World title at WrestleMania 22. He talks about getting help from the likes of Dean Malenko, Batista, Kurt Angle, Edge, and Eddie Guerrero. Rey says he feels truly humbled by the love and support that he got in the last 20 years.

Rey then starts to thank his family. He says he is confident that Dominik will continue with his legacy after he is gone. He then thanks the fans for awesome 20 years. Last, he wants to thank the crowd tonight. He talks something in Spanish for a while before thanking the fans again. Finn Balor is clapping for him from the crowd. Damian Priest comes in from the other side. We cut to a break.

The Mysterios(Rey Mysterio & Dominik) vs Judgment Day(Finn Balor & Damian Priest)

Balor hits big chops on Dominik in the corner. He whips Dominik to the other corner and misses a charge. Rey comes in and brings down Balor. He knocks off Priest from the apron and hits a dropkick. Dominik tags in for some double team. Rey comes back again. Balor reverses a whip to send Rey to the corner hard. Balor and Priest work on Rey with quick tags. Balor puts on a chin lock. Rey fights back and hits an enzuigiri. Dominik tags in and hits quick kicks. He hits an armdrag on Balor, knocks off Priest to the floor, hits a suicide dive on Balor and then gets caught by Priest, who sends him into the barricade to take us to a break.

Rey gets a tag as we return. He hits a springboard crossbody on Priest, nails him with a Gamengiri and gets a two-count from a seated senton. Priest nails him with a superkick to get a two-count. Rey counters the Razor’s Edge but Balor takes the tag and nails him with a flying clothesline. Balor hits a shotgun dropkick and Coupe de Grace. Dominik breaks the pin. Balor throws him to the floor. Priest brings in a steel chair and distracts the referee.

Balor throws chair at Rey and plays dead. Dominik keeps the referee busy as Rey hits Balor with a chair and drops to the floor himself after handing the chair to Balor. The referee calls for the chair to be thrown out. Rey sets up Balor for 619. Dominik does the same to Priest. They hit double 619 on both opponents. Rey hits a springboard leg drop to get the pin.

We see a video package from ESPY Awards 2022 where Cody Rhodes won the WWE Moment of the Year award.


Rey Mysterio’s 20 years celebration continues backstage. Aliyah presents him with his costume from 1997 and Rey is very happy. Rhea Ripley returns to interrupt them. Aliyah and Rhea get into an argument. Rhea smashes a pie on Aliyah’s face and then drags out Dominik. Balor and Priest attack Rey, Dominik and others. Balor and Priest drag Rey out.


WWE RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair is out in the ring and gets interrupted by Becky Lynch right away. Belair does not let Becky speak at all though. Becky gets into the ring and they turn to brawl ultimately. They both miss their finishers and roll to the floor. Bianca takes Becky over announce table to end the segment.


Alexa Bliss is getting interviewed backstage. She talks about Nikki ASH and Doudrop’s partnership and wonders what is their deal. She then fires a warning to Bianca and Becky, and says whoever is the winner at SummerSlam should be ready for her.

Alexa Bliss vs Doudrop

Nikki tries to get involved and distract Alexa. Alexa ends up knocking her off the apron. Duodrop hits Alexa with a crossbody to get a two-count. Doudrop continues to work on Alexa now with short arm clotheslines. She hits a suplex next to get a two-count. Alexa tries to fight back with elbows to the midsection. Doudrop drops her to the mat again to get another two-count. Alexa hits some punches and hits Doudrop with a drop toe hold to trip her. Alexa hits punches and forearms and more attacks. Doudrop misses in the corner. Alexa goes to the top but Nikki trips her behind the referee’s back. Doudrop goes for a powerslam but Alexa counters with a DDT to get the pin.

Paul taunts Miz saying that he likes all the limelight and should come out now. Paul continues to call out Miz but it is Maryse who comes out. Maryse does not appreciate Logan calling out Miz. Maryse also warns him not to talk about her kids again ever. Maryse is having difficulty saying genitals and resorts to saying that Miz has a big package. “Tiny Balls” chants start from the crowd. Maryse talks about average testicles being 1.5 to 2 inches and claims Miz’s are bigger than that. Logan mockingly asks her who measures testicles.

Miz’s music hits and gets into the ring. Miz says he does measure his balls like everyone here. He goes on to a rant saying Logan will get the same Miz who beat Cena in the WrestleMania main event. Logan cuts him off. Maryse slaps Logan when he mentions “Tiny Balls” once again. Ciampa attacks Logan from behind but Logan was ready for him. Miz and Ciampa take Logan under control and Miz ends the segment with a Skull Crushing Finale.

Alpha Academy(Chad Gable & Otis) vs AJ Styles & Dolph Ziggler

Chad Gable and Otis enter. Gable shooshes the crowd and tells them that they do not boo an Olympian, a Master’s Degree holder, and a 4.0 GPA man. He continues to mock the crowd before getting on mock AJ and Ziggler.

Gable and Ziggler start the match with some mat wrestling. Ziggler nails Gable with a dropkick. AJ tags in and nails a couple of punches. Gable hits back but ends up on the floor. AJ jumps on him with a forearm on the floor to take us to a break.

Gable and Otis drop AJ as we return. Otis ran down AJ during the break to turn around the control. AJ hits a jawbreaker but Otis stops him from tagging. Otis misses an elbow drop and AJ tags in Ziggler. Ziggler comes in with some quick attack but Otis drops him with a back elbow. Gable hits a Saito Suplex on Ziggler after tagging in. Gable follows it up with a rolling German suplex. He misses a moonsault and Ziggler nails him with a superkick. Otis breaks the pin. AJ jumps on Otis and Ziggler hits him with a superkick. AJ hits a Pele kick on Otis to send him to the floor. Ziggler hits Zigzag to get the pin.

Winners – Dolph Ziggler & AJ Styles

The Bloodline(Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso & Jey Uso) vs The Street Profits(Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) & Riddle

Jimmy and Dawkins start the match. Dawkins hits corkscrew tackle. Ford tags in and hits a dropkick. Jimmy takes the control back and brings in Jey for some double team. Ford hits a dropkick on Jey. Riddle comes in and hits quick kicks. He uses a low bridge to send Jimmy to the floor. Riddle then throws Jey to the floor. Dawkins tags in and hits a suicide dive on him to take us to a break.

The Usos are in control against Riddle. They ask Roman to come in. Roman tags in after some cheers from the crowd. Roman hits short clotheslines in the corner before hitting a flying clothesline in the middle. Roman hits a suplex to get a two-count. Jey tags in and hits an uppercut. Jey misses in the corner. Ford gets the tag and hits a gamengiri on Jey. He knocks off Jimmy from the apron before hitting a series of kicks on Jey.

Roman gets a blind tag and hits Ford with an Urinage. Roman beats up Ford in the corner for a while before tagging in Jimmy. Ford is bleeding near his eyes. The referee checks on him and he is fine to continue. Jimmy unloads in the middle of the ring. Jey tags in as we cut to another break.

Jimmy slams Ford to the mat as we return. Roman tags in and hits a drive-by dropkick. Roman gets ready for the Superman punch but gets distracted by Dawkins. Ford hits a neck breaker on Roman. Riddle gets a tag and hits a Pele kick on Jey. He hits a knee to Jimmy, Exploder suplex and then sentons on both Jey and Jimmy. He hits a penalty kick on Jey before taking down both with a moonsault on the floor. Roman tags in and hits a superman punch. Ford breaks the pin.

Ford hits a crossbody on Jey. Jimmy hits Ford with a suicide dive. Dawkins tackles The Usos to the timekeeper’s area. Roman slams Dawkins into the announce table and then into the steel steps. Riddle hits Roman with a draping DDT. He gets ready for RKO but Roman counters to hit the spear to get the pin.

Winners – The Bloodline

The Bloodline regroup on the floor after the match. Seth Rollins’ music hits and he comes out. He has a brief exchange of words with Roman on his way to the ring. Rollins attacks Riddle and takes him to the floor. Rollins runs over Riddle with a steel step and then hits him with a stomp. Rollins hits another stomp on Riddle on the steel steps. The show closes with Rollins laughing hysterically.
