On October 25, 2022, WWE NXT will present the fallout episode from Halloween Havoc 2022. The announced line-up for the show is as below:
- Shotzi vs Lash Legends
- Katana Chance & Kayden Carter(c) vs Lash Legends & Zoey Stark – NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship
- Pretty Deadly(Kit Wilson & Elton Prince)(c) vs Edris Enofe & Malik Blade – NXT Tag Team Championship
Additionally, Joe Gacy will reveal who is the red-hooded man who has been associated with Schism for the last few weeks. Who will be the next challengers for Bron Breakker and Mandy Rose for their respective titles? How will Wes Lee’s North American title reign start?

Katana Chance & Kayden Carter defeated Nikkita Lyons & Zoey Stark via pinfall to retain NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship. Stark got the pin via roll-up on chance, but the referees restarted the match due to a missed tag. Chance and Carter then hit a 450 splash/neckbreaker combo on Nikkita Lyons to get a pinfall to win the match.
A vignette for T-Bar burning his mask where he says he is coming for justice, and not for RETRIBUTION.
North American Champion Wes Lee comes out to address the crowd. Grayson Waller interrupts him. R-Truth comes out and thinks that he is hosting Halloween Havoc. Waller corrects him but he does not believe it until Lee confirms that Halloween Havoc was 3 days ago. Waller and R-Truth get into an argument. Waller challenges R-Truth for a match next week. He tries to attack R-Truth, but Lee and R-Truth sends him packing.
Malik Blade is backstage with Edris Enofe and says he is nervous about tag title match later tonight.
Apollo Crews says after getting rid of annoying Grayson Waller, he is turning his focus towards his main goal in NXT now, which is to win NXT Championship.
Shotzi defeated Lash Legends via pinfall after hitting Never Wake Up.
The Creed Brothers come out to the ring. Damon Kemp appears on the screen and informs that he is not medically cleared yet. Sanga and Veer attack The Creed Brothers.
NXT Tag Team Champions Pretty Deadly play down Blade & Enofe’s chances to beat them tonight.
NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose informs us that they will celebrate her title anniversary next week.
Pretty Deadly defeated Malik Blade & Edris Enofe via pinfall to retain NXT Tag Team Championship. Enofe’s knee gave out in the final minute before Wilson and Prince hit Blade with Split Milk to get the pin.
We get a vignette from JD McDonagh as he talks about having a necessary evil inside of him.
Zoey Stark is getting interviewed backstage when Nikitta Lyons comes in to apologize to her for losing the match and informs that they will get a rematch.
The Schism comes out to the ring. They revealed the red hooded figure who is Ava Raine.
A call is received at the front desk of WWE Performance Center. The caller claims that they will tear apart NXT. They are called SCRYPTS.
Indi Hartwell defeated Sol Ruca via pinfall after her forearm finisher.
Elektra Lopez returns and attacks Hartwell and Ruca after the match.
We get a Chase U vignette where Duke Hudson is shining as a student.
JD McDonagh defeated Ilja Dragunov via referee stoppage after Dragunov fades out.
