WWE NXT 2.0 episode of May 31, 2022, will be the go-home edition of WWE NXT In Your House event. The final of first ever NXT Breakout Tournament with Roxanne Perez and Tiffany Stratton facing off. NXT North American Champion Cameron Grimes will be in action against Nathan Frazer.

A women’s championship summit will be held to make the women’s championship matches official at In Your House 2022. Cora Jade will face Elektra Lopez in singles action. Expect more to happen between Bron Breakker and Joe Gacy before their clash at In Your House.

Pretty Deadly(Kit Wilson & Elton Prince) vs Diamond Mine(Roderick Strong & Damon Kemp)

Roderick Strong is back and he is walking out with Diamond Mine for his match. He tells The Creed Brothers and Ivy Nile to take night off and watch how to win the match.

Prince starts with kicks to the body. He continues to unload on Strong with big shots. Wilson tags in for a double team suplex. Strong hits back with chops from the corner. They go back and forth before Strong hits a leg lariat. Kemp tags in and Prince comes in from the other side. Prince mocks him when he fails in double leg takedown. Strong slaps Kemp to hype him up. Kemp hits suplexes and punches on Prince.

Strong comes in and Pretty Deadly takes the control briefly. Strong drops Wilson and tags in Kemp. Kemp hits suplexes on Wilson and follows with a slingshot spear. Strong comes in to deal with Prince. Diamond Mine hit tandem backbreakers to both opponents. We cut to a break.

Pretty Deadly is in control as we return. Wilson puts on a bulldog choke on Kemp. Wilson misses in the corner and Kemp tags out to Strong. Strong hits chops on Prince. He follows with backbreakers on both opponents. He continue to deal with both of them and ends up throwing Prince into Wilson. He hits a side suplex on Wilson. Strong and Wilson go down with double clothesline.

Prince sends Kemp into the steel steps. Prince brings in the title belt. Julius pushes Strong out of the way and end up taking the belt. Pretty Deadly hit Strong with double team blockbuster to get the pin.

Winners- Pretty Deadly

Solo Sikoa tells Cameron Grimes that he got his back if Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams try to interfere, but he wants the title shot after In Your House. Duke Hudson takes offense at Sikoa saying he is next. Grimes shrugs off Hudson and goes away. Sikoa tells him to get a match tonight.


Grayson Waller is backstage bragging in front of several others about Tiffany Stratton beating Fallon Henley last week. Josh Briggs comes behind him and he changes his tune. Briggs tells him why not show off in the ring. Briggs leaves and Waller tries to act tough in front of others.


Earlier today, Tony D’Angelo, 2 Dime and Stacks go to a boat that belongs to Legado Del Fantasma. Tony tells Escobar says he does not trust or respect him. Escobar retorts at Tony. Tony proposes another match between them. Lopez tells him that Escobar already beat him once and there is stake for them for another match. Tony proposes a 6-man tag team match where if his team wins, Legado will have to work under him, and if Legado wins, they will work under Escobar. Escobar agrees to the terms and the match is made official.

Elektra Lopez vs Cora Jade

Jade takes the first hit. Lopez hits a back elbow as she gets on her back. Jade takes her down with body scissors and a basement dropkick. Lopez slams her face-first on the mat. Lopez hits Jade with back elbows before tossing her across the ring. Lopez heckles her for a while before hitting a body slam. Jade avoids another body slam but she misses a running knee in the corner. Lopez hits a basement dropkick to get a two-count. Lopez puts pressure on the back.

Jade sends her to the floor. She hits forearm, a snapmare, enzuigiri and a springboard moonsault. Lopez hits back with a Michinoku driver and Jade grabs the rope to break the pin. Jade hits back with strikes from the apron. Jade hits a senton from the top and gets the pin.

Winners- Cora Jade

Wes Lee is backstage for an interview and is asked about why he has challenged Xyon Quinn tonight. Lee replies that he is waiting for a long time for Quinn to get fit. Sanga walks in and gives him a pep talk.


Roxanne Perez gets a video package where she talks about her passion for pro-wrestling and how she missed usual things teenagers do in order to train at Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling. Her friends did not understand her, but Cora Jade does as she has done similar things.

Wes Lee vs Xyon Quinn

Quinn throws Lee around early in the ring. Lee uses his speed to hits some quick moves. Quinn drops him on the ropes and then drops him to the mat. Quinn kicks at his back and ribs. He continues to beat Lee around. A big body slam gets him a two-count. Quinn slam Lee to the corner and hits shoulder blocks. Lee hits back with a knee and kicks. Quinn picks him up and slams him into the other corner. Lee rolls him up as he charges at him and gets a pin out of nowhere.

Winner- Wes Lee

Roderick Strong is mad at others in Diamond Mine for getting involved in the match earlier. When Ivy Nile tells him about how Julius saved him from a title shot, Strong tells them to still follow his instructions. He tells The Creed Brothers that they will be out of Diamond Mine if they lost to Pretty Deadly on Sunday.


Back from the break, we see Joe Gacy cut a promo in a video package. Gacy talks about Bron Breakker watching his dad fighting and winning titles in different promotions while growing up. He says Breakker’s family taught him to settle things by fighting and lashing out, and let his anger consume him. Gacy claims that, just like last week, Breakker’s anger will lead to another disqualification when they face-off at In Your House.

Bron Breakker reacts to the promo right after it. He says he has lost the title before and he will not lose it again at In Your House. Gacy’s laugh plays out on speaker and Breakker immediately gets mad at it. He goes to destroy the LED TV in front of him.

Championship Summit


Toxic Attraction – NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose, NXT Tag Team Champions Jacy Jayne & Gigi Dolin are in the ring opposite to Katana Chance, Kayden Carter, and Wendy Choo for the women’s championship summit. Gigi Dolin says their opponents can’t stand up to them. Jacy Jayne says they have been running the division for a long time now. Carter replies that it is easy to dominate the division when they barely defend the tag titles.

The trash talk ultimately spills into Wendy blowing a spitball at Toxic Attraction. Mandy flips over the table to start a brawl. Carter and Chance end up setting up Mandy on the table and Wendy hits her with an elbow drop. Choo, Carter and Chance hold up the title to close the segment.

Solo Sikoa vs Duke Hudson

They lock up and Hudson pushes Sikoa to the corner. Sikoa hits back with his shots. He manages to drop Hudson with a running forearm. A big punch and a corner backsplash follows. Hudson moves to the floor. He hits shoulder blocks from the apron. An inverted backbreaker follows. Hudson hits big blows at the back and then runs over Sikoa with an elbow. Hudson hits a suplex.

Sikoa tries to fight back but Hudson hits another suplex. Hudson puts pressure with a chin lock. Sikoa swings away after avoiding Hudson in the corner. He follows with a Samoan Drop and hip attacks in the corner. Sikoa hits a splash from the top to get the pin.

Winner- Solo Sikoa

Tiffany Stratton talks about her accomplishments in a video package. She takes shots at Perez for taking a 10-hour long bus to reach wrestling school and tries to tell her that airplanes exist. She claims to win the Breakout tournament next week.


We see a video package watching Thea Hail’s graduation ceremony and she has 4.0 GPA score. She now has to choose which Ivy League College she will go to. Instead, she chooses Chase University. Andre Chase and company are thrilled.

Josh Briggs vs Grayson Waller

Briggs starts with shoulder tackles. He takes a big punch from the floor when Waller was resting on the ropes. Waller takes a shot from behind the referee to control of the match. Waller hits punches and kicks to keep Briggs down.

Briggs hits a suplex. He misses an elbow drop. Waller hits a leg drop and nails some knees. Waller dodges Briggs and hits him with a leg lariat. Briggs hits whips and corner splashes. He clotheslines Waller to the floor. Von Wagner comes out to the apron to distract Briggs and Waller hits a stunner to get the pin.

Winner- Grayson Waller

After the match, Wagner attacks Briggs. Brooks Jensen runs out to make the save.

Ivy Nile vs Kiana James

Nile pushes James to the corner and takes her down. Nile drops her to the mat before James starts to hit back with elbow and forearms. She sends Nile into the turnbuckle and stomps on her. James hits a side slam to get a two-count. Ivy hulks up and slams James’ face to the mat. She hits quick tackles and kicks before a single leg dropkick in the corner. James turns it around in the corner. She goes to drop Nile with a big clothesline. Nile hits a big forearm and sidekicks to the head. Nile hits a suplex to get the pin.

Winner- Ivy Nile

After the match, Pretty Deadly duo come out and asks Nile what she will do when the Diamond Mine closes afte they would beat Creed Brothers on Saturday. Creed Brothers come out and stand beside Nile. They attack Pretty Deadly and send them packing. They celebrate with the tag team titles in the ring with Nile.

We get another video package for the adventurous life of Vedi Veni Vince or Giovanni Vinci.

Cameron Grimes vs Nathan Frazer

Grimes starts by slamming Frazer’s face to the mat. Frazer lands on his feet when Grimes tries to drop him again. Grimes puts on an arm wringer. Frazer uses his athleticism to come out of it. Grimes hits a tackle after a stalemate. Frazer hits a dropkick to force Grimes to the floor. Frazer hits more quick moves and sends Grimes to the floor again with a hurricanrana. Grimes avoids the follow-up suicide dive and hits a penalty kick from the apron. We cut to a break.

Frazer hits a dumbell drop as we return to get a two-count. Frazer hits more back elbows. Grimes drops him face first to the mat and follows up with running over Frazer. Frazer hits a superkick to cut off his momentum. Grimes gets his knees up and Frazer goes for a senton. Grimes hits an Urinage to get a close two-count.

Both men are down in the ring now. They trade kicks to the body, uppercuts, forearms and chops. On the floor, Frazer hits an hurricanrana but he seems to have hurt himself. Back to the ring, Frazer goes to the top and Grimes hits him with Avalance German suplex. Grimes hits Cave-in to get the pin.

Winner- Cameron Grimes

Grimes fends off an attack from Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes after the match.

Cameron Grimes vs Nathan Frazer: Last week on NXT 2.0, Grimes stated that Frazer is a better version of Carmelo Hayes. Now, this week he will try to prove that he can defeat the better version of Hayes by facing him in a singles match. 

Cora Jade vs Elektra Lopez: Lopez wasn’t a fan of NXT’s rising star Cora Jade and was irritated last week when she celebrated her loss against Alba Fyre. Now, this week she will be looking forward to putting Cora Jade in her place by defeating her in a singles match.
