When & Where is AEW Revolution 2024? Sting Connection With Venue!
AEW has revealed the date and location for AEW Revolution 2024 PPV event during this week’s Dynamite episode.
The event is highly anticipated as it will feature Sting’s final match in the ring. The location for Revolution 2024 PPV also has a major connection with the legend.
Date & Location Revealed
Revolution 2024 PPV event will take place on March 3, 2024, in Greensboro, NC. AEW Commentator Tony Schiavone revealed this information during Dynamite episode of November 27, 2023. The venue will be Greensboro Coliseum which has a maximum seating capacity of 20,000.

The venue’s Twitter account later revealed that the tickets will go on sale on December 15. Pre-sale is expected to start on December 13 or 14. More details will be posted when AEW makes an announcement related to this.
This is the 5th event in Revolution series which is one of the original 4 PPVs from AEW since its inception.
Sting’s Retirement
“The Icon” Sting will be retiring from the ring with his last match at Revolution PPV. He will be fighting in the city which had a major connection to his career. As reminded to the fans on Dynamite this week, Ric Flair and Sting fought for 45 minutes in Greensboro in 1987 with Flair’s NWA World Championship on the line, which is considered to be the match which put Sting on the match.
Sting’s final opponent is not revealed yet, but there are 3 months left for the event to take place. Who do you reckon the opponent will be to retire Sting?
