Former UFC Flyweight Champion Brandon Moreno made his pro wrestling debut at AAA Triplemania 31: Tijuana event.

Brandon Moreno was ringside supporting Team Baja (Nicho El Millonario, Damian 666, Rey Horus, and Xtreme Tiger), which faced Team Chilango(Negro Casas, Chessman, Argenis & Daga).

During the middle of the bout, Moreno unexpectedly entered the ring and delivered a spinning back kick to Daga. After that, Moreno put Daga in an armbar submission. Team Baja ended up beating Team Chilango.

Moreno was also seen wearing a cast on his right hand. He suffered a broken hand at UFC 290 in a Fight of the Year candidate bout against Alexandre Pantoja. Moreno ended up losing UFC Flyweight Championship to Pantoja via a split decision.

Brandon Moreno is not the first MMA or UFC fighter to appear for AAA. Cain Velasquez has appeared in several matches for AAA in the past. His most recent appearance was at TripleMania XXXI: Monterrey in April this year.
