Who is the real Queen?
Charlotte Flair makes her way to the ring in her full ring attire. She starts a promo saying every time the queen steps inside the ring, we all are witnessing the history. She labels Trish as a quitter who was just not talented enough to cut with today’s athletes. Trish saw her greatness and it ate her alive. She takes us to a video highlight of her career. The video changes to highlights of Trish’s career and Charlotte looks pissed.
Trish’s music hits and she makes her way to the ring. Trish says Charlotte is the embodiment of everything she fought for and she has been dreaming of one more match. She quotes Harley Race and says she will prove Charlotte is not on the same level. Flair does the Woo in her face and Trish slaps her in reply and they have a staredown in the middle of the ring. Charlotte starts smiling and leaves the ring.
Who is next?
Goldberg’s music hits and the crowd gets excited. But it is obviously Dolph Ziggler mimicing him. The camera pans to backstage and Ziggler copies Goldberg’s entrance to the beat. Rey follows him shortly for their match. Ziggler gets out of the ring as Rey heads to the ring. Before Rey could enter, Ziggler tackles him from the side and crashes him into the barricade. Rey does not get up after it. Referees and crew have come to check on Rey. But Ziggler picks him up and hits a superkick.
Ziggler takes the mic and starts his rant. He tells us that nostalgia is not enough and this happens when old superstars do not let it go. He tells Goldberg that he is not going to be next but at SummerSlam, it will be Goldberg who will have his last match and is next. Ali runs in and checks on Rey. He gets inside the ring and hits an enziguiri to send Ziggler out of the ring and hits a suicide dive. They will have a match next.
Dolph Ziggler defeated Ali
We return to see this match already in progress. Ali hits a dropkick hits a rolling X-factor for a two count. He follows it up with more punches and strikes. Ali avoids Ziggler in the corner and hits sidekick from the apron. Ali counters a superkick with a roll-up for two. Ziggler headbutts him and then levels him with a clothesline. He hits the superkick on his second try to get the pin and the win.
