The Miz vs Andrade
Both men enter one by one. Zelina Vega is, as usual, in Andrade’s corner. Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura is at commentary. They trade counters and takedowns to start with. That was until Andrade poses in the ropes with Zelina Vega to taunt the Miz. Miz hits a flapjack and mocks Andrade with a similar pose. Andrade gets sent over the top rope to the floor. Vega attacks Miz while the ref is distracted by Andrade. Andrade catches Miz with a running dropkick and takes control. He hits a running double knee for a two-count to take us to the break.
The Miz taking it to Andrade with his signature back and neck breaker combo for a near fall. He hits a boot to the face followed by several chops in the corner. He avoids a charging Andrade and sends him over the top rope. Miz hits a dropkick through the ropes and slams Andrade’s head into the table right in front of Shinsuke. He throws El Idolo into Nakamura before bringing Andrade back into the ring. Vega holds his foot so Andrade can hit a stiff elbow for a two count. Miz counters a moonsault and hits the Skull Crushing Finale for the win.
Winner- The Miz
Nakamura hits the ring as soon as the match gets over. He hits the Miz with a Kinshasa as soon as the bell rings.
Shane McMahon walks up on Matt Hardy and Apollo Crews in the back with short jokes for Gable. Shane tells Gable that he has found an opponent for him, and he was approved by the injured Elias. He comes back and reveals that he will be Gable’s opponent. Gable looks concerned and disappointed.
Nikki Cross vs. Mandy Rose
Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville were in the ring and Mandy started mocking Nikki for her looks, calling her ugliest WWE Superstar. She even pulls up a side by side comparison where she uses a pic where Nikki was making a wierd face. Nikki runs to the ring and immediately starts attacking Rose after she had called Nikki a lot of unflattering things in a promo. Rose hits a fallaway slam to get a two count.
Mandy uses a straitjacket submission to keep Cross grounded for a bit. Nikki breaks free ad hits a few strikes as she starts to regain momentum. She slams Mandy’s face into the top turnbuckle several times. Bliss prevents Sonya from interfering and Cross manages to get the win with a roll-up. Nikki gets out of the ring immediately and Alexa celebrates with her at the aisle.
Winner- Nikki Cross
Backstage, Bayley is approached by Ember Moon rolls up to ask her what’s happening. Bayley insists she is the same person she’s always been, and what she did, she did for SmackDown. Moon asks if beating on Becky Lynch elevates the title and SmackDown before saying that Bayley’s better than that and she’s just trying to fight for relevance now that Banks is back, and points out that she got pinned by Charlotte Flair. Bayley steps to her and Ember challenges her to a match later tonight.
