The New Character!
Daniel Bryan makes his way out to the ring. Bryan talks about WWE Universal Champion “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt offering him another title shot if he just “let him in.” He admits that he went into Survivor Series very nervous because of how The Fiend might change him the same way he did Finn Balor and Seth Rollins. Bryan says he felt changed in the middle of the match but he changed because of the fans. Their passion, their voice and their energy made him realize the person he should’ve been this whole time.
A big “yes!” chant breaks out now. Bryan says he’s claimed on many occasions that The Yes Movement is dead, but maybe these fans brought it back to life. Bryan asks the fans if he should accept the challenge from Wyatt. They chant “yes!”. The Firefly Fun House music interrupts and Wyatt appears on the big screen. Wyatt agrees that Bryan will change again if he goes through this. He goes on taunting Bryan and says he almost forgot, he did promise everyone a new friend tonight. The lights start going down in the arena as they do when The Fiend is approaching.

He goes back under and manhandles Bryan some more, coming back up with more chunks of hair. Wyatt keeps pulling chunks of hair from under the ring. SmackDown goes off the air three minutes early.
