Two matches are announced for the show as SmackDown side of things build-up for Fastlane 2021 and WrestleMania 37. Daniel Bryan will face Jey Uso in a steel cage match to earn the Universal Championship title shot at Fastlane. Bianca Belair will face her Fastlane tag team match opponent Shayna Baszler. Bryan Wants Title
Daniel Bryan comes out to the ring for an interview with Michael Cole. Cole asks Bryan why he did not want a tag team match with Edge against Roman & Jey Uso. Bryan says no one told him that was the plan. He is way more ambitious than that and he wants to win the Universal Championship and go to WrestleMania.
Roman Reigns comes out with Jey Uso & Paul Heyman. Roman says Bryan is not driven but an underdog. And Roman is carrying SmackDown because everyone here needs him to do it. Jey Uso try to blindside Bryan but Bryan was alert and takes him down.
King Corbin defeated Montez Ford in a singles match after distraction from Sami Zayn.
Angelo Dawkins defeated Sami Zayn in a singles match.
Carmella fires Reginald as she accuses him of betraying her.
Dominik Mysterio defeated Chad Gable in a singles match.
Bianca Belair defeated Shayna Baszler in a singles match.
After the match, Bianca tells Sasha to take care of her otherwise she won’t partner her in their tag team match. Sasha slaps Reginald and tells him to never meddle in her things.
Cesaro defeated Murphy ina singles match.
Daniel Bryan defeated Jey Uso in the steel cage match with a submission. He will face Roman Reigns at Fastlane for WWE Championship.
