Scramble Match Added to AEW Revolution, Winner Gets World Title Shot

A scramble match is added to AEW Revolution 2024 PPV to replace Meat Madness match.

AEW President Tony Khan announced via Twitter on Wednesday that several participants planned for Meat Madness match at Revolution were not cleared by the medical team, putting that match on “ice”.

Khan additionally announced an All-Star Scramble match with the winner getting a shot at AEW World Championship. 3 participants in Meat Madness match were added to All-Star Scramble match – Wardlow, Lance Archer and Powerhouse Hobbs.

Later, Chris Jericho, Hook and Brian Cage were added to the match. Two more participants will be in the match and will be decided via qualifiers. Matt Sydal will face Magnus at Rampage this week in one of the qualifiers. Bryan Keith, Darius Martin and Penta El Zero Meido will clash at Collision on March 2 episode. Keep tuned in for updates.
