Sasha Banks Maybe Pulled Out from Match at RAW
Sasha Banks’ injury issues might have resulted in her being pulled out from the match against RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch this week’s RAW episode.
Sasha Banks was drafted to Friday Night SmackDown as part of the first night of the WWE Draft. WWE announced that she will face Becky Lynch on RAW this week. Becky was the first pick of the draft and will remain at RAW going forward. The winner of the match would earn the 1st pick in night two of the WWE Draft for their representing brand.
However, as per the latest cable listings, Becky Lynch will instead face Charlotte Flair on RAW for the number 1 draft pick on Night 2. It is currently unknown if the cable listings are updated ones or WWE was earlier scheduling Becky vs Charlotte before booking Banks in the match.
Sasha Banks has suffered an injury at Hell in a Cell PPV on 6 October. She was not used on either RAW or SmackDown. Earlier, it was reported that she suffered a back injury. But as per the latest report on PWInsider, it is actually a tailbone injury.
Sasha was not medically cleared to compete all last week. Also, she was replaced by Tamina at last weekend’s WWE Live events. Till this point, WWE is still advertising Becky vs Sasha for Monday Night RAW. But an update can be expected by EST afternoon timings.
In related news, Sasha took to Twitter to show her unhappiness towards her ratings in the WWE 2K20 video game. She also said turned down a commercial for the game. You can check the tweet below. WWE 2K20 will be released on Tuesday, 22 October 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox One X and Windows PC.
