The ‘Winner Takes All’ match between the Universal Champion Seth Rollins and WWE Champion Kofi Kingston ended with an interruption from the Bar.

As Seth Rollins came out to address the crowd after his Universal title win on RAW this week, he got a surprise when the New Day and Kofi Kingston also entered. Kofi said that after watching Becky Lynch takes both the RAW and SmackDown Women’s title at WrestleMania main event, he got the idea to challenge Rollins him for the ‘Winner Takes All’ match with the winner getting both the WWE Championship and Universal Championship titles. And when did the face Rollins had bowed down from a fight.

For once it seemed that WWE is heading towards another title unification but it was all a ruse to get the fans excited for the show. The two newly crowned champions did go against each other at the main event of RAW, but soon the Bar attacked Kofi to end the match in disqualification. After Kofi and Rollins made them run, a pissed off Rollins challenged the Bar for a tag team match against him and Kofi. The Bar accepted the challenge but could not win the match as Kofi and Rollins prevailed despite playing the second fiddle for most of the match.

But my point is, if they wanted to get the fans excited, they could have given us the Shield vs the New Day instead.
