Inductees


The Briscoes(Jay Briscoe & Mark Briscoe)

The Briscoes have been part of ROH history for the entire part till now. Jay Briscoe was part of the first singles match in ROH. The Briscoes have been the ROH World Tag Team Champions 12 times and Six-Man World Champion once. Jay Briscoe has been ROH World Champion twice.

Bryan Danielson

Bryan Danielson is one of the wrestlers who helped establish the Ring of Honor brand in the initial days. Bryan was part of the first main event match at Era of Honor Begins in 2002. Bryan went on to become ROH World Champion once and he made a record 38 title defences during the 462 days title reign. He also won ROH Pure Championship once. Bryan also won the Survival of the Fittest Tournament. Bryan was part of ROH until 2009.

Samoa Joe

Samoa Joe is once again one of the names that was associated with ROH since the start of the promotion. Joe was third ROH Champion and he went on to hold the title for 645 days, a record for the longest reign. Joe also won ROH Pure Championship later in 2005. Joe remained in ROH until 2007 and later went on become World Champion in IMPACT Wrestling and United States Champion with WWE.

CM Punk

CM Punk debuted in ROH in 2002 itself and had a long rivalry with Raven during his first year. He went all the way into the finals of the ROH Pure Tournament, losing to AJ Styles. Punk and Samoa Joe had a great trilogy in 2004 for ROH World Championship, where the first two matches ended in a 60-minute time limit draw before Joe won the third match. These matches sent Punk into the stratosphere of popularity. After Punk was hired by WWE, Punk won the ROH World title to start the Summer of Cena which involved threatening ROH fans that he would leave to WWE with the ROH title intact. He left ROH in August 2005.

Cary Silkin(Legacy Wing)

Cary Silkin ROH Hall of Fame

Cary Silkin, former ROH Owner, will be the first name to be added to ROH Hall of Fame Legacy wing for his contributions to the wrestling world. It was under Silkin’s leadership that ROH ushered in significant growth, started producing PPVs and gathering a big fanbase. After several years of financial drain, Silkin sold ROH to Sinclair group.
