Athena defends ROH Women’s title against Billie Starkz in the main event match. This will be the second time Athena defends this title in the main event of a ROH PPV. The event will see a new ROH TV Champion being crowned as Dalton Castle, Komander, Kyle Fletcher, Lee Johnson, Lee Moriarty and a mystery man will compete in the survival of the fittest match.
The card will also feature the likes of El Hijo Del Vikingo(defending AAA Mega Championship), Keith Lee, Wheeler Yuta(defending ROH Pure Championship), Tony Nese vs Ethan Page in an I Quit match, and Brian Cage.
