RK-Bro has agreed to defend their WWE RAW Tag Team Championship against The Street Profits at WWE WrestleMania 38.

RK-Bro, the team of Randy Orton and Riddle, won the RAW Tag Team titles back from Alpha Academy last week on RAW in a three-way match. The pair were celebrating their title win this week on RAW as Orton threw a party for Riddle.

Soon, they were interrupted by The Street Profits. Profits recalled that they had defeated Orton and Riddle two weeks back on RAW in a tag team match and wanted to run it back at WrestleMania 38. Orton denied their challenge, citing everything they had to do from winning spelling bees, quiz competition to winning the three-way match last week.

This led to a confrontation between the two teams, but Riddle somehow convinced Orton to accept Street Profits’ Challenge. WWE has not confirmed this match yet.

That might have to do something with what followed afterwards. After Orton accepted the challenge, Montez Ford continued to take shots at the party that Orton has arranged. Riddle was not one to let it slide, and challenged Ford for a singles match right away. Ford and Riddle ran a good back and forth match until it was interrupted by Alpha Academy, who stood tall after taking down both teams.

It remains to be seen if Alpha Academy will also be added to the tag titles match at WrestleMania.

This is RK-Bro’s second reign after first winning the titles at SummerSlam last year. They lost the titles to Alpha Academy in January this year before winning it back last week at RAW. The Street Profits are also former RAW and Smackdown Tag Team Champions. They earlier won the RAW Tag Titles at the Super ShowDown 2020 event.
