WWE is aiming for Randy Orton to make his comeback at Survivor Series 2023 PLE.
According to information from Fightful Select, Randy Orton and WWE are working towards his comeback around Survivor Series 2023 eevnt. Nevertheless, this plan may be subject to adjustments based on his recovery status.
There were reports last week that WWE has already started making creative plans for Orton. Those plans seems to be in place now.

A video of Randy Orton outside the Performance Center has gained significant attention on various social media platforms. It’s been stated that Orton has started his training again. Randy Orton has been missing from WWE television since May 2022, when The Usos emerged victorious over RK-Bro in a title unification contest during an episode of Friday Night SmackDown.
Last November, Randy Orton underwent fusion back surgery, which necessitated an extended absence from the ring.
There were even reports that doctor had told Orton after the surgery never to return to the ring for his health. However, Orton remained determined to return to WWE.
There have been recent reports suggesting that CM Punk might also make his return at Survivor Series 2023, according to the latest information. Survivor Series 2023 is scheduled for November 25, 2023, and it will be live from Allstate Arena in Chicago.
