Report: Omos, Dexter Lumis, and Odyssey Jones Updates Revealed
Omos, Dexter Lumis, and Odyssey Jones have not appeared on WWE television for a while. A recent report has surfaced, offering an update on these three individuals.
According to information from Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, sources indicate that WWE sees Omos as a potential attraction. Despite this perception, there haven’t been numerous creative ideas proposed for his character.
While he has been moderately active in WWE live events, he hasn’t participated in WWE televised programming since SummerSlam. Nonetheless, he remains engaged in wrestling matches during these live events. Omos’s last singles match occurred at BackLash 2023 PLE, where he was defeated by Seth Rollins.
Regarding Lumis, he hasn’t competed in a wrestling match since his victory over Akira Tozawa at the WWE Main Event taping on May 29. Sean Ross Sapp’s report mentions that Lumis hasn’t been present backstage at numerous tapings.
However, sources indicate that he isn’t dealing with any injuries. The report emphasizes that Lumis is ready to return to action whenever WWE has plans for him.
Odyssey Jones has been off television screens lately, but he made a comeback at two live events after an absence since September. According to Sapp’s sources, there were initial discussions about Jones joining Bobby Lashley’s group alongside the Street Profits, but no progress has been made on that front.
As a result, it’s uncertain when Jones will make his return to television. It’s worth noting that Jones was chosen by RAW during the 2023 WWE Draft. Jones’ last televised match occurred on April 15 episode of NXT, where he and Quincy Elliott were defeated by Brooks Jensen and Josh Briggs.
