Andrade eliminated Rey Mysterio
Rey and Andrade lock up to restart. Andrade backs him to the corner and makes a clean break. He wrenches Rey’s arm in a hammerlock until he takes an elbow to the face. Andrade hits a series of strikes to get a near fall. He sends Rey out of the ring and uses the outside of the ring to his advantage. Andrade brings him back to the ring and chops him.
Rey also replies with a couple of chops of his own but Andrade catches him when he tries a springboard elbow strike. Andrade hits the three amigos suplexes and double moonsault for a two count. Rey counters and sets him up for 619 but Andrade catches him and hits the Hammerlock DDT to get the win. Andrade tries to rip Rey’s mask off but Ricochet runs down to make the save.
Ricochet defeated Andrade to win the Gauntlet match and become the no. 1 Contender for the United States Championship
Ricochet and Andrade start the match after the break. They struggle for control until the ref makes the break in the corner. Ricochet takes El Idolo down with a headscissor and a dropkick. Andrade goes for a back-elbow but Ricochet ducks and leapfrogs Andrade. Ricochet tries to dive at Andrade over the ropes but Zelina Vega grabs his leg from ringside. Ricochet sees Andrade coming and avoids an attack.
Vega prevents him from going for a springboard and Andrade knocks him off the apron. Ricochet nails a rolling dropkick to give himself a moment to recover. He hits a few offensive maneuvers before Andrade hip tosses him into the corner. He hits the running double knee for a close two count. They both end up on the top turnbuckle until Ricochet knocks Andrade down and hits the 630 for the pin.
Ricochet cuts a short promo saying that nobody believed when he defeated Samoa Joe to win the 24/7 Championship at Stomping Grounds. But he will take the title back at SummerSlam.
Mike and Maria Kanellis are backstage where Maria tells Mike to lie down so she can pin him for the title. Mike resists but ultimately gives in as a referee comes in and makes the three-count. Maria takes the championship and gets out of the room. Nobody is trying to pin her as she is pregnant. She keeps telling everyone that she is the first pregnant champion and announces that she is going for a Doctor’s appointment. So, someone may try to pin her while she is on the doctor’s table. She keeps shouting pregnant champ and gets out of the camera.
A Moment of Bliss
Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross come out for the segment of ‘A Moment of Bliss’. Bliss gives a shout out to Maria Kanellis for becoming the 24/7 Champion while being pregnant. She tells us that she has a disturbing video to show us all. In the video, we see Natalya training to counter Becky’s Dis-Arm-Her when Becky Lynch gets into the ring. She kicks the trainer out and goes on to put Nattie in the Dis-Arm-Her.
Crowd cheers as the video end. Bliss condemns the crowd to appreciate such behavior from Becky and promises to bring her a couple of notches down when she will face her later tonight. Becky appears on the titantron and tells Bliss to be on her guards against her. Suddenly, the Usos come out rapping for their triple threat tag team match for the RAW Tag Team Championship.
