Check out the preview and matches announced for WWE Monday Night RAW episode of 8 June 2020(6/8/2020).

Christian Hosts Edge to The Peep Show

The second coming of Edge vs Randy Orton has been underwhelming of sorts. To light it up, Edge’s old tag team partner Christian is coming back to RAW, hosting Edge on his talk show. With this being the go-home RAW for Backlash 2020 PPV, it can be expected that Randy Orton will ultimately get involved somehow.

Drew McIntyre & Bobby Lashley

Last week’s RAW went off-air with McIntyre still struggling to come out of Lashley’s full nelson hold. As it turns out, they want us to tune in this week to see what happened after that. We will see that all right. But McIntyre is also set to go once again to MVP’s VIP Lounge talk show for the third time in the last 4 months. Last two times ended with a claymore on MVP. Will the third time be the charm?

Asuka vs Charlotte Flair Rematch

Last week, Asuka and Charlotte fought in a champions vs champions match, which ended in Asuka’s losing with a countout and Nia Jax running over her on the ramp. Something has has changed in a week since then. Charlotte Flair is not a champion anymore as she lost the NXT Women’s Championship to Io Shirai at NXT TakeOver: In Your House.

But one thing that has not changed is that Asuka has still not defeated Charlotte Flair in a singles match yet. And might prove harder with Flair still upset for losing her title. WWE is clearly looking to build for a feud between them. They need Flair on RAW since Becky is gone. So, someday soon, Asuka is gonna defeat Flair.

New WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Sasha Banks and Bayley appear

Sasha Banks and Bayley getting the Women’s Tag Team title belts was a welcome shock that we got on SmackDown two days back. Now, the new champions will be marching to RAW to put everyone on notice. The IIconics are the only team that is currently after the title. So, expect a showdown between the two teams and maybe, even a match at Backlash gets setup.

The Viking Raiders vs The Street Profits in a Decathlon

After Basketball, Axe Throwing, Golf and Bowling, The Viking Raiders and the Street Profits will once again face-off in a competition outside the ring. This might well turn out to the final one before their expected match at Backlash.

Rey Mysterio Updates On His Retirement

After saying unconclusive things about his retirement last week, Rey Mysterio will appear on RAW with more updates. Surely, Seth Rollins will be lurking around. There was a tease last week of Dominick getting involved. Lets hope this is not another false dawn and he get into some real action.
