WWE RAW August 28: Lynch Defeated Zoey Stark, Honored Bray Wyatt

In the RAW main event, Becky Lynch emerged victorious over Zoey Stark in a Falls Count Anywhere match and honored Bray Wyatt with a black armband.

During the main event of the August 28 episode of RAW, Becky Lynch was set to face Zoey Stark in a Falls Count Anywhere match. During the match, Lynch was seen wearing an armband featuring Bray Wyatt’s logo.

The match was full of aggression, as both competitors exploited steel chairs and kendo sticks to gain the upper hand. Trish Stratus made an effort to support Zoey Stark, but unfortunately, her participation didn’t result in a positive outcome for Stark.

In the final moments of the match, Stark accidentally pushed Stratus through a table. Taking advantage of this, Lynch executed the Man Handle Slam on Zoey through a table to secure the pinfall and the victory.

After the match, Lynch emotionally lifted her armband featuring Bray Wyatt’s logo as the show came to a close.

Once the show ended, Lynch took hold of a microphone and spoke to the live audience. She recalls a memory of how Wyatt had assisted her during her initial visit to Memphis when she was unfamiliar with setting up a table.

Becky Lynch is also set for the Payback 2023 PLE to end her rivalry with Trish Stratus, where both women will face each other in a Steel Cage match.
