Randy Orton Injured at WWE Live Event, More Details Inside

Randy Orton Elimination Chamber 2019 Entrance

Randy Orton has injured his knee his match against AJ Styles at the WWE live event at Giant Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

AJ Styles and Randy Orton have been putting up matches during WWE’s recent holiday tour. However, they could not finish last night’s match after Orton seemed to have hurt his left knee just minutes into the match. Orton was checked by officials and was helped to the back as he was unable to put weight on the knee.

This is the same knee for which Orton had undergone surgery to repair a medial meniscus tear in May 2018. As of writing, WWE has not made any statement on Orton’s injury. Stay tuned for the updates.

Meanwhile, you can find the current WWE injury list here. Below are some of the tweets and videos about the injury.

Incidentally, during their singles match on the 16 December edition of RAW, the story revolved around Styles working on Orton’s knee for the advantage. The angle was continued for a bit during the last episode of RAW in the six men tag team match between the OC vs Orton & Viking Raiders.
