WWE NXT September 22, 2022, Preview & Match Card
WWE NXT episode of September 27, 2022, will be the last episode before NXT moves to its classic White & Gold setting. It will feature a stacked card including a qualifying match and a Pub Rules Match.
Gallus will face Josh Briggs & Brook Jensen in a Pub Rules match whereas Wes Lee will square off Tony D’Angelo in an NXT North American ladder match qualifying bout. Mandy Rose vs Fallon Henley, and Nikkita Lyons vs Kayden Carter have also been announced. Moreover, Brutus Creed will finally get his hands on Damon Kemp, and Cameron Grimes will face Joe Gacy in a singles match. Josh Briggs & Brook Jensen vs Gallus
Last week, Josh Briggs & Brook Jensen had an argument with the former NXT UK tag-team champions, Gallus. In the end, security had to intervene to separate the two teams. As a result, it was announced that Briggs & Jensen will get a chance to face Gallus and that too in a Pub Rules tag-team match.
Wes Lee vs Tony D’Angelo
The Head of the D’Angelo Family will face Wes Lee for a spot in the NXT North American Title Ladder match that will take place at the Halloween Havoc. Lee’s opportunity to challenge for the title was dashed when he was attacked by Trick Williams and Melo backstage. Now, Lee will get another chance to get his hands on the title. So, will Wes Lee be able to qualify?
Brutus Creed vs Damon Kemp
Diamond Mine’s Brutus Creed will be the first one to get his hands on the traitor Damon Kemp. Kemp claimed that he can handle Diamon Mine one-on-one at any time. It’s just a matter of fact that who would be the first one. Brutus managed to convince Julius and hence will be the one to face Damon Kemp in a singles match.
Mandy Rose vs Fallon Henley
NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose will be in action as she will face Fallon Henley in a singles match. Rose has been feuding with Alba Fyre lately, but first, she will have to face Henley. Rose made fun of Henley’s friends which provoked the latter and set up a singles match between them.
