NXT Dusty Rhodes Classic Return in 2024, 4 Tag Teams Revealed

NXT has announced the return of Dusty Rhodes Classic Tag Team Tournament.

Ava Raine revealed during this week’s NXT New Year’s Evil special that Dusty Rhodes Classic will start next week from next week. The last tournament took place in 2022. This will be the eighth tournament for the NXT men’s division and tenth overall(including two women’s Dusty Rhodes Classic).

As has been the case for the past editions of the tournament, eight teams are expected to participate in the tournament and the final of the tournament will take place at NXT Vengeance Day 2024 PLE.

While NXT did not officially announced the teams for the tournament yet, several teams have revealed their plans to be part of the tournament during NXT this week.

Baron Corbin and Bron Breakker came to an agreement to be part of the tournament. The same goes for Axiom and Nathan Frazer. Edris Enofe and Malik Blade mocked Axiom and Frazer for the show. Jacy Jayne revealed that Duke Hudson and Riley Osbourne would represent Chase U in the tournament.

The rest of the teams are expected to be revealed next week before the start of the tournament along with the complete bracket. Keep tuned in for the complete details.
