War Raiders name change to Viking Experience on their RAW Debut
NXT Tag Team Champions the War Raiders made their RAW debut last night with their names changed to the Viking Experience.
With their names shortned to Erik(Hanson) and Ivar(Rowe), made their RAW debut when they teamed up with the Revival to defeat Ricochet, Aleister Black and the RAW Tag Team Champions Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins. They also got to pin Ryder on thier first outing in the main roster after the big double team leg drop.
Although Erik and Ivar are still the NXT Tag Team Champions, they did not bring their Titles to RAW(contrary to Tomasso Ciampa and various other NXT Champions prior to it). Maybe it is just a logistics issue but if it is not, it makes us wonder if they are going to lose the titles really soon. They have not lost the titles until the latest NXT tapings for this month though.
Also, fans have outraged for the name change for the team over the social media with as usual the blame going towards the stale creative from WWE and Vince McMahon.
