McDonagh Joins Judgment Day & McIntyre Allies with Faction

JD McDonagh has joined Judgment Day as an official member, and Drew McIntyre has formed an alliance with the faction.

In a backstage conversation on WWE Raw on November 13, Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Dominik Mysterio, and Rhea Ripley discussed whether to include JD McDonagh in their group. Initially, Priest was hesitant about adding McDonagh. However, Ripley highlighted McDonagh’s contributions, leading Priest to eventually agree and support Ripley’s perspective.

In the same show, after Rollins and Zayn secured victory against McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio, Priest approached McDonagh and presented him with Judgment Day gear, officially acknowledging him as a member of their group.

JD McDonagh made significant contributions to Judgment Day on several occasions, notably during Payback 2023 PLE. At that event, Balor and Priest secured a victory over Zayn and Owens, claiming the Undisputed tag team titles, largely due to McDonagh’s assistance and support.

During the same episode, Drew McIntyre also joined forces with Judgment Day. During the main event of the show, Priest and Balor were set to defend their titles against Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes.

In the final moments of the match, Rhodes and Jey seemed poised for victory but Drew McIntyre made an unexpected appearance and hit Jey with a Claymore kick. This sudden interference allowed Balor to capitalize by pinning Jey Uso.

After the match concluded, McIntyre walked up the ramp, and Rhea Ripley made her entrance. McIntyre approached Ripley and shook hands with her, which clearly shows McIntyre aligned himself with The Judgment Day faction.

McIntyre and Rhea Ripley were frequently spotted together backstage on episodes of RAW, often caught on camera engaging in conversations and discussions.

Previously, there were reports indicating that Drew McIntyre would be the fifth participant in the War Games match for Judgment Day, while Randy Orton was said to make his return by joining Rhodes’ team at Survivor Series 2023.
