Four matches are announced for the first live episode of 2022 of AEW Rampage on January 21, 2022.

Jon Moxley returned to AEW at this week’s Dynamite episode. Mox made it clear that he is here to write off everyone who doubts him, and will beat the sh*t out of them. Later in the show, Ethan Page challenged Moxley for a match at Rampage.

Hook will return for his fourth match in AEW and on Rampage. He will be facing Serpentico this time around. He has previously defeated Fuego Del Sol, Beer Bronson and Aaron Solo in his first three matches.

Jade Cargill is also set for her first defense of AEW TBS Championship. Cargill won the title at AEW Dynamite TBS debut on January 5 this year. She will be facing #2 ranked AEW female wrestler Anna Jay. Cargill remained unbeaten in the singles competition till now but Jay reminded her of how she beat-up Ford and Bunny with barbed wire around his biceps and will not shy away from anything.

Rocky Romero returned to AEW on Dynamite and reminded us how he and Trent Beretta defeated The Young Bucks three times in NJPW for IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Championship matches. Beretta and Romero will look to repeat that performance at Rampage.

Keep tuned in for more news and updates from AEW.
