Lesnar keeps us hanging, to announce MITB Cash In next week
After teasing for the whole episode, Brock Lesnar will announce on which champion he will cash in the Money in the Bank(MITB) briefcase on RAW next week.
Brock Lesnar won the Money in the Bank Briefcase on Sunday at Money in the Bank show. This week at RAW, he came out flanked with Paul Heyman who cut a promo to disregard the fans hatred towards Lesnar winning the briefcase. Both Universal Champion Seth Rollins and WWE Champion Kofi Kingston also came out and told Lesnar that they both are ready for him.
Heyman told them Brock will cash-in after their match later in the night. As both the champions went backstage, Triple H informed them that they will be partnering for a match against Bobby Lashley and Baron Corbin at the main event of the night. Corbin and Lashley attacked Rollins before the match and maintained the upper hand throughout the No-Disqualification match.
But as things would have it, the champs won the match as Kofi hit trouble in paradise on Corbin. However, Lashley hit a spear on both Kofi and Rollins as soon as the match was over. They sent him packing using the chair shots just when Brock Lesnar’s music hit. With champions ready for him, he played some mind games and circle the ring for sometime before going back as Heyman told him that they will announce the Cash-In next week.
Lesnar lost the Universal Championship to Seth Rollins at WrestleMania earlier this year. And as the rumors have it, Lesnar will most possibly cash in the MITB briefcase on Rollins itself to set up their clash at Super Showdown.
