Johnny Gargano First Post-WWE Appearance Announced

Johnny Gargano finally announced his very first post-WWE appearance, and it would take place at WrestleMania 38 weekend in WrestleCon. 

Johnny Gargano posted a tweet to confirm that he would be appearing at WrestleCon in Dallas. In the caption, he mentioned that doing signings at Axxess was one of his favorite parts of the WrestleMania weekend. 

Doing signings at Axxess was one of my favorite parts of Wrestlemania weekend (so much so that I would always ask to do extra sessions if someone couldn't do it)

He likes it so much that he was even asked to do extra sessions if someone else pulled off. It will be the very first time that Johnny Gargano will appear at the WrestleCon. 

Johnny Gargano’s last match took place at the NXT WarGames 2021 where he ended up on the losing side. On the following episode of NXT 2.0, Gargano was attacked by Grayson Waller while he was cutting his farewell promo. His contract with WWE expired on December 10, 2021. 

Earlier this month, Gargano posted a tweet revealing that he has received a lot of queries regarding his booking. He concluded his statement by promising the fans that he would let them know when he is ready to return to the ring.

The response to me posting my booking email has been wild! For the next few months I'm only doing select signings as it allows me to be home as often as possible & still get that fan interaction that I've been missing. When I'm ready to return to the ring.. I promise you'll know!
