John Cena Hinted About his Retirement, Mentioned his Last Match is Soon
John Cena has hinted at the possibility of retirement after more than twenty years of actively participating in WWE.
During the September 1 episode of SmackDown, John Cena had an exclusive backstage interview with Cath Kelly, where he talked about his role and present position in WWE. During the interview, Cena mentioned that he is now 46 years old, approaching 47, and has been a part of the company for more than twenty years.

He also mentioned that he always tries to be extraordinary when he steps into the ring. Cena also stated that if you are fully immersed in this on a day-to-day basis, your focus naturally shifts to what lies ahead.
Cena also expressed his gratitude for the warm reception of the WWE Universe in welcoming him back into their family. Cena also stated that he will always have the attitude of Never Give Up in any situation.
During the episode, Cena was also seen executing an Attitude Adjustment on Jimmy Uso, and Cena also announced that he will be present at Payback 2023 PLE as a host.
John Cena will be seen in action at the WWE Superstar Spectacle 2023 event, where he will team up with Seth Rollins to face Imperium (Giovanni Vinci and Ludwig Kaiser) in a tag team match.
