Jeff Hardy Revealed Why He Went After The 24/7 Title On Raw

Jeff Hardy surprised everyone by involving himself in the chase of the 24/7 Title at the previous episode of Monday Night Raw. But now he revealed the reason why he was chasing the 24/7 title. 

Jeff Hardy is one of the most beloved superstars in the history of WWE and he is a former World Champion as well. As a result, the fans weren’t really pleased when they saw one of his favorite superstars involving himself in the chase of the 24/7 title. They expressed their anger and disappointment on social media and right after RAW, Jeff Hardy became a trending topic. 

Jeff Hardy recently had a chat with Felger & Massaroti where he explained why he did what he did on RAW. Hardy said, “Monday night in Miami, that’s just what I felt like doing, so I had to do. I was in the chase for the 24/7 Title and it just didn’t work out, man. It’s one of those things. I show up to work and do what they need me to do and move on. That’s in the past and this Monday is the future so I’m super excited.” (h/t Fightful)

Before this segment, Jeff Hardy had a series of matches with Karrion Kross. He even defeated the former NXT champion once but then he lost against him in back-to-back matches. 

During the same interview, Jeff Hardy praised Karrion Kross as well. He thinks he is an interesting guy who has great ideas. Hardy also said that their feud isn’t over yet as there is something else left that will happen before the completion of their feud. In the end, he teased that it might happen at the Extreme Rules PPV.
